To help save the environment from the eminent dangers she faces today, we need to really conscient(ize) ourselves about the negative effects of the harmful activities we engage in to satisfy our immediate needs and wants. We can achieve a lot through... 1. Public Education 2. Change in daily attitudes which inform the daily lives of people. 3. Choosing to use environmentally friendly materials and process as we re-green the earth for the next generation. 4. Reducing, reusing and recycling plastic materials because their non-biodegradable. 5. Support good government policies aimed at preserving the environment. 6. Add every little voice from the most remote settlement on earth to a massive call for action. 7. Empower school children to take the challenge by becoming the next generational innovators. 8. Call: the public, private establishments and government agencies to immediate action; to save the environment. 9. Environmental awareness: periodic Walks and campaigns 10. Monthly community cleanup and tree planting exercises across communities. PLUS: Organize periodic quizzes, debates, seminars, events and conferences centered around issues concerning the challenges facing our communities and how to find sustainable approaches to replace the bad practices.
